We ask that you allow upto 5 working days for us to process your order. Usually it will happen on the same day and shipped within 2-3 days HOWEVER as we ship directly to you from the brand you’ve ordered from and they are various countries & timezones all across Asia it can sometimes take a little longer to coordinate.

You can change/cancel your order providing your shipment hasn’t left from a supplier. If you are ordering from more than one country any shipment from that order would constitute an order already being fulfilled and out for delivery. To cancel your order, email orders@urbanisasia.com with CANCEL ORDER and your ORDER REFERENCE NUMBER in the subject line.
Simply enter your unique gift card or promo code during checkout in the ‘gift card or discount code’ box then hit ‘apply’. Your discount will be automatically deducted from the total. For more information on Terms & Condistions please check out the T&C’s page.

You should check your order confirmation email to ensure that all your order details including shipping address are correct. We can make changes prior to ANY ITEM from your order being shipped. If you supply us with the incorrect shipping address or fail to collect your order and it is returned back to us as a return to sender you will be required to cover the re-shipment fees associated with your order. If you have ordered the incorrect size please refer to our returns / exchanges page for details.
